Qualification
1. Candidate must be a Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Chemical or Mechanical.
2. With atleast 5 years working experience as Supervisor, preferably in Rubber and Plastic Injection/Molding Company.
3. With experience working in Japanese Manufacturing Company.
4.Preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduate
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Conducts Daily Monitoring of production in Milling operation for Silicone and Synthetic
2.Prepares Monthly Production
3.Plan including Manpower allocation and Overtime Plan.
4.Coordinates with PPIC, QA, TS, QC when there is an abnormal condition encountered.
5.Knowledge and skill in the Milling Operation of Rubber Parts
