Qualification

Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any related field.

With experience in facilities management or a related field.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Has experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Familiarity with legal requirements related to facilities management.
-
With BOSH/COSH training is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities

Daily monitoring and checking, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.

Conduct facility audit and identify opportunities to improve in the facility including 5S and safety.

Design and oversee the construction, renovation, and improvement facility projects and, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.

Check and supervise ground and facility maintenance personnel and contractors.

Preparation and submission to PEZA of documents needed to scrap hauling with coordinators to GA personnel.

Helps ensure compliance with legal requirements (PEZA, BFP, DOLE) etc.

Work with other departments to identify and prioritize facility-related projects and allocate resources accordingly.

Ensure that all facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and that staff is trained to use it.
